Abstract:
A heat dissipation device (100), having a hot end (101) in contact with a heat source, a cold end (102) distant from the heat source, a first direction (F1) pointing to the cold end (102) from the hot end (101), and a second direction (F2) perpendicular to the first direction (F1). The heat dissipation device (100) comprises a plate body (1) having a closed cavity (10), a cooling medium (3) filled in the closed cavity (10), and a capillary structure (2) formed on the inner surface of the plate body (1) by means of etching; the capillary structure (2) comprises multiple first capillary units (21) arranged at intervals along the first direction (F1) and second capillary units (22) provided between every two adjacent first capillary units (21); each first capillary unit (21) comprises multiple first capillary elements (210) arranged at intervals along the second direction (F2); a channel (23) is formed between two adjacent first capillary elements (210); multiple first capillary elements (210) in the adjacent first capillary units (21) are arranged in a matrix; each second capillary unit (22) comprises multiple second capillary elements (220) arranged at intervals along the second direction (F2); and each second capillary element (220) is partially accommodated in the channel (23). The described solution can simplify the machining process of the heat dissipation device (100).
