Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat exchange pipe, comprising a pipe body, wherein the pipe body is provided with an inner wall and an axis, the two ends of the pipe body are provided with an inlet and an outlet, the heat exchange pipe further comprises several thread teeth, the several thread teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body mutually spaced apart, and the several thread teeth spirally extend from the inlet of the pipe body to the outlet of the pipe body around the axis of the pipe body. By setting some parameters of a spiral angle α, the number of teeth N, the tooth height h, the tooth top width Wt, and the tooth bottom width W b of the thread teeth of the heat exchange pipe within certain ranges, it is possible to obtain a heat exchange pipe with optimized water pressure drop or a heat exchange pipe with optimized heat exchange efficiency while the weight, in a unit length, of the heat exchange pipe is kept within a certain range. Further disclosed are a heat exchanger comprising the heat exchange pipes and an air conditioning system using the heat exchanger.
