Abstract:
A heat exchange system and a gas water heater. The heat exchange system comprises a water tank (10) and a burner (20), wherein the burner (20) wraps around the outside of the water tank (10); the water tank (10) is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet; and the burner (20) utilizes flameless combustion. The gas water heater comprises the heat exchange system described above.
