Abstract:
Provided is a heat-exchanger aluminum alloy fin material that is characterized by comprising an aluminum alloy that contains 0.05-0.5 mass% of Si, 0.05-0.7 mass% of Fe, 1.0-2.0 mass% of Mn, 0.5-1.5 mass% of Cu and 3.0-7.0 mass% of Zn, with the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities, and in that in the L-ST plane, the peripheral density of second phase particles having circle-equivalent diameters of not less than 0.030 μm and less than 0.50 μm is not less than 0.30 μm/μm2 and the peripheral density of second phase particles having circle-equivalent diameters of not less than 0.50 μm is not less than 0.030 μm/μm2, and the specific resistance at 20ºC is not less than 0.030 μΩm. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide: a heat-exchanger aluminum alloy fin material which exhibits excellent brazing properties and high strength following brazing heating; and a method for producing same.
