Abstract:
A heat exchanger (100) comprises a first manifold (11), a second manifold (12), multiple heat exchange tubes (20), at least one fin (30), and a hygroscopic colloid (40). The multiple heat exchange tubes (20) are respectively connected to the first manifold (11) and the second manifold (12). The heat exchange tube (20) has a tube wall, and a refrigerant channel (232) through which a refrigerant flows. The heat exchange tube has a first end (221) and a second end (222) in an extension direction thereof. The refrigerant channel (232) extends, in the extension direction of the heat exchange tube (20), from the first end (221) towards the second end (222), and passes through the heat exchange tube (20). The refrigerant channel (232) of the heat exchange tube (20) communicates with an inner cavity of the first manifold (11) and an inner cavity of the second manifold (12). At least a part of the fin (30) is provided between the two adjacent heat exchange tubes (20). The hygroscopic colloid (40) is adhered to at least part of an outer surface of the heat exchange tube (20) and/or the fin (30). Also provided are a heat exchange system comprising the heat exchanger (100), and a manufacturing method for the heat exchanger (100). At least part of a surface of the heat exchanger is covered with a hygroscopic colloidal material. The hygroscopic colloidal material can directly cover a metal surface due to adhesiveness thereof to the metal surface, and is not harmful to the metal surface.
