Abstract:
Provided are a heat exchanger, and a preparation method for a heat exchanger and a thermal management system thereof. The heat exchanger comprises a metal substrate, having a fluid channel for circulating a heat exchange medium; the heat exchanger further has a coating, comprising a resin, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide; and the coating covers at least part of the surface of the metal substrate. Silicon dioxide particles and titanium dioxide particles are conducive to the formation of a complex micro-nano structure, the leveling and stability of a hydrophilic resin contribute to the long-term maintenance of the micro-nano structure, and the coating of the heat exchanger of the present application has excellent hydrophilic durability.
