Abstract:

This heat exchanger tube is provided with: a tube main body configured from an aluminium alloy; and a coating film applied to the surface of the tube main body. The coating film includes a binder, and a mixed power including: at least 1 g/m2 but not more than 7 g/m2 of a Si powder; at least 0.2 g/m2 but not more than 4.0 g/m2 of a Zn powder; at least 0.5 g/m2 but not more than 5.0 g/m2 of a first flux powder configured from a Zn-containing compound; and at least 5 g/m2 but not more than 20 g/m2 of a second flux powder configured from a Zn-free compound. The total amount of the mixed powder in the coating film is not more than 30 g/m2. The proportion of the binder in the coating film is 5-40 mass%.
