Abstract:
Provided are a heat-insulating sound-absorbing material having improved workability, and a partition wall which suppresses degradation of sound insulation performance. A heat-insulating sound-absorbing material 1, which is made from a mass of inorganic fibers, has a mass density of 10-20 kg/m3 and has a length load average fiber diameter of the inorganic fibers of the mass of 2.0-8.7 μm. The mass comprises a 20-66% inorganic fiber having a length load average fiber diameter of less than 4.0 μm, and a 13-58% inorganic fiber having a length load average fiber diameter of 7.0 μm or longer. The partition wall includes the heat-insulating sound-absorbing material in a hollow part therein.
