Abstract:
Provided is a heat-radiating light source having a structure whereby deterioration over time of an optical structure body can be suppressed. The invention comprises in a member constituted from a semiconductor an optical structure body (1) having an optical structure whereof the refractive index distribution has been formed in such a manner as to resonate with light of a shorter wavelength than the wavelength corresponding to the absorption edge corresponding to the band gap of the semiconductor. The optical structure body (1) has a cover structure (30) covered by a cover material capable of transmitting light of a wavelength included in visible radiation to far-infrared radiation, and different from the semiconductor of a refractive part (10).
