Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heat sink antenna array structure, comprising a fin-type metal heat sink, a heat sink metal base, and a base plate. The base plate has an upper surface connected to the heat sink metal base, and a lower surface connected to a heat source chip, and the heat sink metal base is provided with a rectangular through-cavity array serving as an antenna radiation aperture; the base plate comprises a plurality of metal layers, medium layers are provided between the metal layers, the uppermost metal layer is provided with a rectangular hole array corresponding to the rectangular through-cavity array of the heat sink metal base, and the medium layers contain metal via hole arrays for forming substrate integrated waveguide structures; and the metal via hole arrays effectively reduce the channel thermal resistance between the fin-type metal heat sink and the heat source chip, and form the substrate integrated waveguide structures to serve as a feed network of a heat sink antenna. Compared with the prior art, the present invention achieves the conformation of an antenna and a heat sink structure, improving the integration of a system.
