Abstract:
A heat transfer panel structure for a boiler, comprising a heat transfer tube group formed so as to include a plurality of heat transfer tubes that are suspended in the furnace of a boiler and that have one end connected to an inlet header and the other end connected to an outlet header, wherein: each of the heat transfer tubes has an inlet straight tube part, an outlet straight tube part, and a curved part linking the inlet straight tube part and the outlet straight tube part; the plurality of heat transfer tubes have an innermost peripheral tube in which the curvature of the curved part is the greatest, and a first outer peripheral tube that includes a curved part having a curvature smaller than the curvature of the curved part of the innermost peripheral tube and that is positioned on the other periphery of the innermost peripheral tube; and a redundant part for absorbing the thermal elongation of the innermost peripheral tube is formed on the outlet straight tube part of the innermost peripheral tube.
