Abstract:
A heat transfer tube bundle for a flue-type waste heat boiler, comprising an inlet distributing header (2) and outlet collecting header (3) disposed above a top cover frame (1), wherein the inlet distributing header (2) and the outlet collecting header (3) are connected therebetween by means of several vertical serpentine heat transfer surface tubes (4), an upper curved portion of each serpentine heat transfer surface tube (4) close to the top cover frame (1) is hung on the top cover frame (1) by means of a support pipe (5), and two ends of the support pipe (5) are connected to the inlet distributing header (2) and the outlet collecting header (3) respectively; a rapping and ash removal mechanism is arranged between each vertical serpentine heat transfer surface tube (4) at a position below a middle location. The heat transfer tube bundle solves problems such as large installation work on a construction site of the heat transfer tube bundle for the flue-type waste heat boiler, a suspension rod of the serpentine heat transfer surface tubes (4) being easy to fall off, and the serious accumulation of ash on the heat transfer surface tubes.
