Abstract:
[Solution] A heat treatment apparatus 1 comprises a heating furnace 10 which is cuboid-shaped, the bottom face of which is an opening 10a, and which is fixed at a prescribed height h from a ground G. A movement and raising control unit 101 configures, as a cassette d of a carbonization chamber, a container in a sealed state in which an object to be treated that is placed on a lower cover for the bottom face of the heating furnace 10 is covered with a box c. The movement and raising control unit 101 uses a mobile raising/lowering device 11 to move the cassette d to directly below the heating furnace 10 and raise a lower cover 10b of the cassette d to the opening 10a of the heating furnace 10. When the lower cover 10b is raised to the opening 10a of the heating furnace 10, a fixing and heating control unit 102 fixes the lower cover 10b to the heating furnace 10, and heats the heating furnace 10 at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time. When the heating of the heating furnace 10 is completed, a lowering and movement control unit 103 unfixes the lower cover 10b from the heating furnace 10, and uses the mobile raising/lowering device 11 to lower the cassette d to directly below the heating furnace 10 and move the cassette d to a location different from an installation site of the heating furnace 10.
