Toilet heating that is energy saving and that can be comfortably used. A heated toilet seat has a toilet seat (22) consisting of an upper frame (24) and a lower frame (27) and having a cavity (28) inside, a lamp heater (30) provided in the cavity (28), and a radiation reflector plate (29) provided on the lower frame (27) side so as to face the lamp heater (30). At least a seating section (25) of the upper frame (24) is made from metal, and a radiation heat absorption layer (40) is provided on the inner surface of the upper frame (24). Because the seating section (25) is uniformly heated to a use temperature in a short time, and the heated toilet seat is considerably energy saving and can be comfortably used.
