Abstract:
A heater (400), comprising: an inner layer (410), the inner layer being made of a plastic material and comprising a first end wall (412), a second end wall (414), a third end wall (416) and a fourth end wall (418), the first end wall (412) and the second end wall (414) being provided in an opposite manner, the third end wall (416) and the fourth end wall (418) being provided in an opposite manner, and the third end wall (416) and the fourth end wall (418) being connected and provided between the first end wall (412) and the second end wall (414); and a heating element (420), provided on the third end wall (416). The plastic material has better plasticity than a mica material, and has higher hardness. Providing the inner layer (410) of the heater to be made of a plastic material facilitates to provide the inner layer (410) serving as a thermal insulation support structure of the heating element (420) into other shapes and facilitates relative fixing, and further facilitates mounting of other structural components with respect to the inner layer (410) serving as the thermal insulation support structure of the heating element (420), greatly improving the bearing adaptability of the heater (400). Further provided is a hair drying device comprising the heater (400).
