Abstract:
This heating cooker is provided with: a heating cooker body; and a lid which covers the upper space of the heating cooker body in an openable/closable manner, wherein a bottom plate, on which an object to be heated is placed and which uses heat conduction to heat the object to be heated is horizontally arranged on the upper surface of the heating cooker body, and a heating chamber top plate for using radiant heat to heat the object to be heated from a position facing the bottom plate is horizontally arranged on the lid. The heating cooker is also provided with heating devices which respectively heat the bottom plate and the heating chamber top plate, and a control device which controls the heating device, wherein: while the lid is closed, the bottom plate and the heating chamber top plate form a closed heating chamber in which the object to be heated is heated from above and below; a gap is ensured between the upper surface of the object to be heated and the heating chamber top plate in consideration of the thickness of the object to be heated; and the lid overlaps on top of the heating cooker to thereby maintain the sealing of the heating chamber.
