Abstract:
This heating electromagnetic wave control body (101) is disposed in the vicinity of an article heated by an electromagnetic wave heating device, and controls electromagnetic waves with which an article is irradiated. The heating electromagnetic wave control body (101) comprises an antenna (11) that is configured by a plurality of radiation bodies (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D) for receiving the electromagnetic waves radiated by the electromagnetic wave heating device and re-radiating the electromagnetic waves. The plurality of radiation bodies (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D) determine a direction in which the amplitudes of the re-radiated electromagnetic waves are intensified, by determining the phases of the re-radiated electromagnetic waves. In this way, the heating electromagnetic wave control body that selectively heats the article or does not selectively heat the article is configured by receiving the heating electromagnetic waves and controlling the electromagnetic waves with which an article to be heated is irradiated.
