Abstract:
A heating furnace comprising a furnace body, a first wall (1), a second wall (14), a first heating device and a conveying device. The first wall (1) and the second wall (14) are arranged inside the furnace body opposite each other in a first direction, and cooling liquid flows inside the first wall (1). The first heating device comprises a plurality of first heating elements arranged spaced apart from each other in a second direction, any one of the first heating elements (2) is arranged between the first wall (1) and the second wall (14), and a wiring end of any one of the first heating elements (2) penetrates the first wall (1). The conveying device comprises at least one transmission roller (9), any one transmission roller (9) is arranged between the first wall (1) and the second wall (14), and any one transmission roller (9) penetrates and extends from the first wall (1) so as to be in transmission connection with a first transmission device. The first direction is not parallel to or does not coincide with the second direction. The heating furnace can ensure that a plate rolls in from one side and rolls out from the other side, and continuous production is performed by means of high-beat heating, and in addition, elements in a side hearth work at a non-high temperature, such that the service life thereof is prolonged, and the deformation of a steel structure of the furnace body caused by high temperature can be reduced.
