Abstract:
Provided is a heating unit comprising a cylindrical body into which a flavor source can be inserted, and a heat-generating sheet, wherein the heat-generating sheet is provided with a heat insulation layer that has a heat insulation member and a heater layer having a heat-generating resistor, and a connection layer that is positioned from the heater layer surface across to the heat insulation layer surface and that connects the heater layer surface to the heat insulation layer in the longitudinal direction. The heat-generating sheet is wound at least once on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body, the connection layer being disposed on the inner side. At least a part of the heat insulation layer is positioned on the radially outer side of the heater layer.
