A heating and ventilating device, comprising: a housing (100) having an air inlet (100-1) allowing for incoming of air and an air outlet (100-2) for discharging air and internally provided with a main air duct (700) communicating the air inlet (100-1) with the air outlet (100-2); an air blowing part (200) disposed in the housing (100) and guiding air from the air inlet (100-1) to the air outlet (100-2); a heating part (300) for heating the air flowing through the heating part (300) in the main air duct (700); a first accommodating part (400) provided on the outer wall of the housing (100) and internally accommodating a control circuit board (600) for controlling the air blowing part (200) and/or the heating part (300); and a second accommodating part (500) comprising a accommodating wall around the first accommodating part (400) and having a secondary air duct (900) formed on the outer side of the first accommodating part (400) and communicated with the main air duct. The device can introduce relatively hot air in the housing into the second accommodating part (500) to cause the air to flow along the secondary air duct (900) to balance the temperature of the first accommodating part (400), thereby preventing water condensation in the first accommodating part (400) due to temperature difference, thus improving safety performance of electrical components.
