A height-adjustable support, comprising a support pipe (1), a U-shaped fixing base (2), a height adjusting member (3), an adapting pipe (4), and a dish-shaped connecting plate (6). The support pipe (1) is formed by integrating an external threaded segment (101) and a bare circular pipe segment (103); the U-shaped fixing base (2) is sleeved on the support pipe (1); the height adjusting member (3) is sleeved on the external threaded segment (101) of the support pipe (1); both ends of the support pipe (1) are provided with radial through holes (102); two radial adapting through holes (401, 402) having different heights are provided on the adapting pipe (4); a part of the adapting pipe (4) is inserted into the support pipe (1); the radial through hole (102) is aligned with one of the radial adapting through holes (401) and then passes through at least one transverse connecting member (5) to connect the support plate (1) and the adapting pipe (4) together; the dish-shaped connecting plate (6) is sleeved on the bare circular pipe segment (103). The height-adjustable support can extend in height, thereby improving the utilization ratio of an existing support device, and reducing costs.
