HERBAL ALCOHOL TmCTURE FOR ORAL USE
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine (dietetic products) in general, more precisely to herbal medicinal products, with the single classification code A 61 K 23/34, according to the International Patent Classification.
This invention is a solution to a technical problem of how to determine the composition of the tincture which was made of parts of the selected plants, extracted in 66% alcohol solution (herbal extracts) and proportionally combined in such a way that the useful physiological properties of active principles from different herbal extracts do not exclude each other in the final tincture composition.
Background Art
It is well-known that there are different combinations of herbal alcohol tinctures as well as separate herbal extracts which have therapeutic effects in certain indications, but the inventor is not familiar with the tinctures which could be successfully applied with its composition, in such a way and in such a large number of indications as this product.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of this invention lies in the correct estimation of the choice of the right herbal alcohol extracts and the estimation of the proportional representation of the extracts in the tincture which can be successfully used for:
- increasing and acceleration of blood flow through peripheral blood vessels, especially on the level of microcirculation of the vein part of the capillary bed
- better supply of tissue with oxygen
- improvement of rheological properties of blood (decreasing of viscosity of blood, inclination to accumulation of thrombocytes, better flexibility of erythrocytes)
- increasing of fibrinolytical activity of plasma, so that the risk of thromb formation is decreased
- thrombolysis of formed blood clots
- increasing of the strength and flexibility of blood vessels and decreasing of their permeability
- improvement of venous drainage
- widening of peripheral blood vessels and supply with nutritive substances
- epitelisation of tissue
- decreasing of cholesterol and triglicerides in blood
- faster regeneration of the damaged liver tissue
- increasing and stimulation of secreted bile acid salts
- acceleration of the metabolism of fats
- decreasing of the pain in legs
- decreasing of swelling
The advantage of this invention lies primarily in the optimal combination of the chosen herbal alcohol extracts in the tincture composition, and in the right proportional representation of each ingredient of the product which can successfully be applied to all these indications.
Detailed description of the invention

The tincture is made by the process of maceration after which we get 20% of herbal extracts from the following plants which are mixed in the following proportions:
- tincture of petasites hybridus-herba in the percentage from 23% to 27% of the tincture unit
- tincture of melilotus albus-herba in the percentage from 5.5% to 9.5% of the tincture unit
- tincture of melilotus officinάlis-herba in the percentage from 5.5% to 9.5% of the tincture unit
- tincture of aesculus hippocastanum-semen in the percentage from 33% to 37% of the tincture unit
- tincture of linaria vulgaris-herba in the percentage from 3% to 7% of the tincture unit
- tincture of achillea millefolium-herba in the percentage from 3% to 7% of the tincture unit
- tincture of calendula officinalis-herba in the percentage from 3% to 7% of the tincture unit
- tincture of Symphytum officinale-herba in the percentage from 3% to 7% of the tincture unit
- tincture of geranium robertianum-herba in the percentage from 3% to 7% of the tincture unit
Industrial Applicability
This invention is applied by taking 70 - 90 drops of the tincture 3-4 times a day before meals, or after meals in case of sensitive stomach.
If using other drugs at the same time, the drops should be taken two hours before or after the taken drugs.
