Abstract:
A high-efficiency cleaning device for a medical surgical instrument, the device comprising a cleaning box (1). A height adjustment mechanism is used for adjusting the height position of a supporting lead screw (30) in the cleaning box (1) until a linkage gear ring (38) meshes with a driving gear ring (39), and then a cleaning mesh cartridge (22) is driven to rotate by means of a driving motor (20); by means of a flow disturbing assembly, surgical instruments in the cleaning mesh cartridge (22) can be sufficiently cleaned by a cleaning fluid in an inner chamber of the lower portion of the cleaning box (1); after cleaning, the cleaning mesh cartridge (22) holding the surgical instruments is lifted into the inner chamber of the upper portion of the cleaning box (1) by means of the height adjustment mechanism, and then the cleaning fluid is lifted and sprayed out through a nozzle (15) by means of a started circulating pump (18), such that the instruments in the inner chamber of the upper portion of the cleaning box (1) are further rinsed; and after rinsing, the instruments suspended in the inner chamber of the upper portion of the cleaning box (1) can be conveniently air-dried by means of providing an air intake portion and an air exhaust portion.
