Abstract:
A high-efficiency heat absorption device for a hot galvanizing pot, comprising a base (1), support columns (2), a reinforced steel rod (3), a support plate (4), a reinforced steel plate (5), a draught fan (6), an air purifier (7), a heat absorption utilization box structure (8), a connection pipe (9), an adjustable air suction heat absorption cover structure (10), a PLC (11), a driving switch (12), a pot body (13), a liftable splashing-proof baffle frame structure (14), a material pre-heating delivery pipe structure (15) and a water pump (16); the support columns (2) are respectively welded to the front portions and the rear portions of the left side, the middle left side and the middle right side between the base (1) and the support plate (4); the reinforced steel rod (3) is welded to the lower portions between the support columns (2) and the support columns (2); and the reinforced steel plate (3) is welded between the support columns (2) and the support plate (4). By means of the arrangement of the heat absorption utilization box structure (8), when a flue gas having a relatively high temperature and water having a relatively low temperature are respectively injected into the upper side and the lower side of a heat absorption box, the water can absorb the heat in the flue gas and then be used.
