Abstract:
A high-efficiency needle roller dry-tumbling process discharging device. The needle roller dry-tumbling process discharging device comprises a discharging track (1), a moving support (2) disposed under the discharging track (1), and a connection track (3) connected to the upper end of the discharging track (1). Receiving plates (31) are hingedly connected to the upper end surfaces of the sides of the connection track (3); the receiving plates (31) are connected to a motor circuit disposed outside the discharging device; and the receiving plates (31) are driven to turn by a motor. According to the needle roller dry-tumbling process discharging device, a great amount of needle rollers in a dry-tumbling barrel are received by the provided receiving plates and enter the discharging device, so as to increase the discharging amount and efficiency of the discharging device, and to further reduce the number of turns of the dry-tumbling barrel, thereby saving energy.
