Abstract:
A high-efficiency spiral sand washing machine with a self-setting micro-washing function, relating to the technical field of sand washing; by means of arranging a micro-washing cylinder (5) at a discharge port, after preliminary washing, sand and gravel enter the micro-washing cylinder (5); a self-setting bonding layer (6) is forced to approach and envelop the surface of the sand and gravel by means of the action of magnetic repulsion, and can come into tight contact with the surface of the sand and gravel including grooves and dead corner areas; after self-setting of the self-setting bonding layer (6), a hot air flow is introduced into the self-setting bonding layer (6), and micro-washing impact balls (10) embedded in the self-setting bonding layer (6) generate high-frequency vibration under the action of the air flow and cooperate with the air flow to continuously make slight impacts on the surface of the sand and gravel, forcing stubborn impurities to break away from the surface of the sand and gravel; whilst vibrating, the micro-washing impact balls (10) also drive a spoon-shaped elution brush (15) to repeatedly rub the surface of the sand and gravel and extend into tiny grooves or dead corners to accelerate the breakaway effect, thereby improving the effect of eluting the impurities on the surface of the sand and gravel.
