Abstract:
The present invention provides a sterilization packaging container and a sterilizing apparatus. The sterilization packaging container comprises: a packaging paper including an upper film and a lower film and providing a sealed space; and a fluid delivery block inserted into one end of the packaging paper, providing a fluid passage connected to the sealed space, and adhered to the packaging paper by thermal compression so as to provide a sealed space. The lower film comprises a ground electrode layer, a dielectric barrier layer placed on the ground electrode layer, and a porous electrode pattern placed on the dielectric barrier layer, which are laminated in sequence, wherein dielectric barrier discharge is generated by an alternating current voltage applied between the ground electrode layer and the porous electrode pattern, so as to sterilize the inside of the sealed space.
