Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-temperature-resistant high-oil-absorption resin particle plugging agent suitable for an oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method therefor. The plugging agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of a reactive monomer, 5-12 parts of a linear polymer, 0.1-1.5 parts of a crosslinker, 0.1-0.5 parts of an initiator, 1-3 parts of a modified starch, 1-5 parts of filler particles, and 1-5 parts of a dispersant. The resin particle plugging agent not only has a high oil absorption capability under high temperature conditions, but also has a high toughness after oil absorption expansion, will not easily break during extrusion and drawing, and effectively plugs high-temperature leakage channels; in addition, the resin plugging particles are not affected by fracture factors. In addition, the preparation process therefor is simple, and the influence on the performance of an oil-based drilling fluid is low, resulting in convenience for both production and field operation.
