Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a high energy efficiency switch capacitor power converter, comprising: seven transmission gates, i.e., transmission gate T1 to transmission gate T7; five capacitors, i.e., capacitors C1-C4 and load capacitor CL; resistors; PMOS transistors; and NMOS transistors. The power converter converts a stable 3V input voltage into a 1V output voltage by means of charge transfer. The design eliminates the static voltage difference of the traditional linear voltage regulator driving tube and can reach a conversion efficiency of above 80%.
