Abstract:
A high melting point Kelvin structure lattice metal. The lattice metal is a three-dimensional Kelvin structure expanded from a basic unit. The three-dimensional Kelvin structure is made of a high melting point metal material, and the basic unit is a Kelvin structure lattice metal unit (100) using a prism (101) structure as the main body. The porosity range of the high melting point Kelvin structure lattice metal is 58% to 92%. Also provided are a preparation method for and an application of the lattice metal. A high melting point Kelvin structure lattice metal is prepared using indirect 3D printing in combination with a precise casting process. The prepared high melting point Kelvin structure lattice metal has mechanical properties of tending to be isotropic, and has higher strength, rigidity and temperature resistance, which greatly expands the application space of the lattice metal.
