The present invention relates to the technical field of black pigments, and in particular to high-performance black color paste and a preparation method therefor. The high-performance black color paste comprises a compound containing an anhydride group, a compound containing an amino group, and a low-melting-point amphiphilic solid; the compound containing the anhydride group and the compound containing the amino group are equal in molar weight; and the addition amount of the low-melting-point amphiphilic solid is 10%-1000% of the sum of the mass of the compound containing the anhydride group and the mass of the compound containing the amino group. The black color paste is simple in component, solvent-free, green, environmentally-friendly, free of dispersion in the preparation process and easy to prepare. Moreover, the black color paste does not need to be ground, can be highly dispersed in the low-melting-point amphiphilic solid, can effectively improve the machinability and repeatability, and reduces chromatic aberration. According to the preparation method, the components react in a kneading machine and change in color and thus the black color paste is finally obtained, the preparation steps are simple, the operation is simple and convenient, the preparation is easy, and the application prospect is good.
