Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high polymer material particle production device, relating to the field of high polymer materials. The present invention comprises a tank body. A cover body is detachably connected to the top of the tank body; a gear ring, a driving rotary shaft and a plurality of driven rotary shafts are arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the cover body; the gear ring is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the cover body; the driving rotary shaft is located at a circle center of the gear ring and is rotatably connected to an inner top wall of the cover body; the plurality of driven rotary shafts are located between the gear ring and a driving gear and are distributed in an annular array; the driving gear is fixedly mounted on a peripheral side surface of the driving rotary shaft, and a driven gear is fixedly mounted on peripheral side surfaces of the driven rotary shafts; the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, and the driven gear is meshed with the gear ring; and a driving electric motor is fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the cover body. The driving rotary shaft and the driven rotary shafts provided in the present invention fully mix raw materials inside the tank body, an arranged filter screen can filter out impurities in the raw materials, and the filter screen can be disassembled to facilitate cleaning and replacement thereof.
