Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high power magnetron comprising an asymmetric tuner unit, the high power magnetron comprising: a diode comprising a cathode and an anode; and a plurality of tuner units for varying the electrical field generated in the diode, wherein the plurality of tuner units respectively comprise a tuner pin and a tuner rod that are spaced the distance of a tuner gap from each other, and the plurality of tuner units are mutually asymmetric, and according to the present invention, the asymmetric tuner unit is applied so as to provide the effect of enabling the internal resonance frequency of the high power magnetron to be controlled more precisely, and the tuner rod and the tuner pin of the asymmetric tuner unit are designed to be asymmetrical so as to provide the effect of enabling the step of variable internal resonance frequencies of the high power magnetron to be precisely designed according to a user request.
