Abstract:
A high-precision mobile robot management and dispatch system, relating to the technical field of industrial robots, and comprising an industrial robot (100), an AGV (200), a secondary positioning apparatus (300), and an upper computer (400). The secondary positioning apparatus (300) is mounted at a station corresponding to a machining lathe (500). When the machining lathe (500) executes a machining task, the upper computer (400) selects and navigates the AGV (200) mounted with the industrial robot (100) to the second positioning apparatus (300), and after the secondary positioning apparatus (300) is locked to a base (120) of the industrial robot (100), the industrial robot (100) can assist the machining lathe (500) in part machining. The high-precision mobile robot management and dispatch system perfectly combine a mobile robot with a stationary robot, and has both the flexibility of a mobile robot and the high precision of a stationary robot.
