Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-precision sensing and locating apparatus for detecting a photovoltaic assembly, which apparatus is mounted at a front end of a photovoltaic cleaning robot. The photovoltaic cleaning robot comprises a machine body. The photovoltaic cleaning robot travels under the drive of a travel drive apparatus and performs a sweeping operation on a photovoltaic panel by means of a sweeping apparatus. A surface image of a photovoltaic assembly where the bottom of the machine body is located is sensed by means of the high-precision sensing and locating apparatus for detecting a photovoltaic assembly. A shell is comprised, wherein a main control drive module is arranged in the shell, the main control drive module comprises a main control drive board, a camera module is arranged on a lower surface of the main control drive board, the camera module comprises a camera, a camera drive board and a first height adjustment nylon column, the camera is fixedly arranged on a lower surface of the camera drive board, and a fill light is arranged on the lower surface of the main control drive board. The present invention has the beneficial effect of providing a high-precision sensing and locating apparatus for detecting a photovoltaic assembly, which apparatus has a simple structure, is convenient to use and is safe and reliable.
