Abstract:
A high-precision textile fabric production apparatus, comprising a conveying table (1), wherein symmetrical support columns (2) are fixed to the top end of the conveying table (1); a rotating shaft (4) rotatably penetrates an outer wall of one side of each support column (2); the rotating shaft (4) extends to a cavity of the support column (2) and the rotating shaft is provided with a first bevel gear (8) at the tail end thereof in a sleeved manner; one side of the first bevel gear (8) meshes with a second bevel gear (9); a screw rod (10) penetrates an inner wall of the second bevel gear (9); the screw rod (10) is in bearing connection with the support column (2); a ball nut (11) is sleeved on an outer wall of the screw rod (10) by means of a thread; and a sliding block (12) is fixed to a surface of one side of the ball nut (11); a sliding groove (13) used for the sliding block (12) to slide is provided in the surface of one side of the support column (2); the sliding block (12) matches the sliding groove (13) in an inserted manner; the sliding block (12) extends to an outer wall of one side of the sliding groove (13) and the sliding block is provided with a connecting rod (5) at the tail end thereof; a clamping plate (6) is fixed to the tail end of the connecting rod (5); connecting springs (14), that are evenly distributed, are fixed in the clamping plate (6); and an anti-abrasion pad (7) is fixed at the tail ends of the connecting springs (14). The apparatus can conveniently press and fix fabric during cutting, such that the cutting quality of the apparatus is improved.
