Abstract:

This high-pressure hose (1) having superior pressure resistance and good flexibility comprises: an inside rubber layer (10); an outside rubber layer (20); an even number of reinforcement layers (41-44) provided as two or more even number of layers between the inside rubber layer (10) and the outside rubber layer (20), and in which a plurality of reinforcement wires (41a-44a) are spirally wound such that the winding direction of the reinforcement wires (41a-44a) alternate; and intermediate rubber layers (51-54) disposed respectively between the even number of reinforcement layers (41-44). The winding angles (α) of the reinforcement wires (41a-44a) in all of the layers in the even number of reinforcement layers (41-44) are set to be the same, and the winding pitches (P) of the reinforcement wires (41a-44a) in the even number of reinforcement layers (41-44) are set to increase in order from the inside rubber layer (10) side to the outside rubber layer (20) side.
