Abstract:
A high-pressure water jet steel rail grinding scrap iron separation system and method. The system comprises a scrap iron preliminary screening device (1), a scrap iron fine separation device (3) and an abrasive separation device (4). The scrap iron preliminary screening device (1) comprises an electromagnetic drum module and is used for adsorbing scrap iron in an abrasive waste liquid. The scrap iron fine separation device (3) comprises an electromagnetic scrap iron fine separation module, a first rotating connecting rod module and a scrap iron collecting drum (8) and is used for completing fine separation and recovery of scrap iron. The abrasive separation device (4) comprises an abrasive filter screen module, a second rotating connecting rod module and an abrasive collecting drum (20) and is used for separating an abrasive material from the waste liquid and recovering the abrasive material. According to the separation method, the abrasive waste liquid is introduced once every time, that is, preliminary screening and fine separation are carried out once, so that a collection rate of scrap iron is increased. The scrap iron is adsorbed by the electromagnetic principle, and the steel rail grinding waste liquid is effectively removed by means of preliminary screening of the electromagnetic drum and fine separation of the electromagnetic filter screen.
