Abstract:
A seawater spirulina H11 strain obtained by means of space-breeding, the algae strain having the features of a fast growth rate, being capable of simultaneously accumulating high contents of phycocyanin, spirulina polysaccharide and β-carotene, having high outdoor adaptability, and so on. The present invention may be applied to the production of high-quality spirulina powder, the production of phycocyanin, the production of spirulina polysaccharide and spirulina oil rich in β-carotene and like areas.
