Abstract:
A high-reference hot mix plant recycling device, comprising a first recycling drying roller (1), a second recycling drying roller (2) and a hot air furnace (13) provided at intervals, the material feeding ends of the first recycling drying roller (1) and the second recycling drying roller (2) being sequentially connected to a primary settling chamber (20) and an exhaust gas treatment pipe (21), and the exhaust gas treatment pipe (21) communicating with the hot air furnace (13) by means of an air return pipe (22); a secondary settling chamber (24) is connected onto the exhaust gas treatment pipe (21); a first material discharging box (9) and a second material discharging box (10) on the first recycling drying roller (1) and the second recycling drying roller (2) communicate with a first air outlet pipe (11) and a second air outlet pipe (12) of the hot air furnace (13), respectively; heat generated by a burner (15) is transferred through the hot air furnace (13), and recycled coarse aggregate and fine aggregate are independently dried and heated by means of the first recycling drying roller (1) and the second recycling drying roller (2), respectively; the heated coarse aggregate is stored in a first hot material temporary storage bin (18) by means of the first material discharging box (9), and the heated fine aggregate is stored in a second hot material temporary storage bin (19) by means of the second material discharging box (10); and after being weighed by means of a recycling metering scale (16) according to grading requirements, the heated coarse and fine aggregates are simultaneously placed into a stirring cylinder (17) for stirring with virgin aggregate, so as to finally form a finished material that is up to standard. The device can control the heating temperature and can prevent aggregate aging.
