Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-reliability and long-service-life gas-insulated switchgear circuit breaker. A gear box is fixed to a shell; an input shaft of the gear box is connected to and driven by an electric motor; an energy storage driving shaft is coaxially connected to an output shaft of the gear box; an energy storage driven shaft is rotationally arranged in the shell; gears meshed with each other are arranged on the energy storage driving shaft and the energy storage driven shaft; an energy storage spring mechanism comprises an energy storage spring and an energy storage crank arm; one end of the energy storage spring is fixed to the upper end of the shell; the other end of the energy storage spring is hinged to one end of the energy storage crank arm; the other end of the energy storage crank arm is fixed to the energy storage driven shaft; and two ends of a breaking-closing transmission mechanism are respectively connected to the energy storage driven shaft and a breaking spring mechanism for transmission between the energy storage driven shaft and the breaking spring mechanism. In the present application, the transmission structure of each mechanism of the circuit breaker is modified and designed, and the problem of unreasonable excessively large damping in the prior art is solved, such that the mechanical lifetime test of the circuit breaker mechanism can be carried out 15,000 times or more.
