Abstract:
A high-security carbon fiber composite material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of polyetheretherketone, 25-35 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-20 parts of asbestos, 2-10 parts of aluminum hydroxide, and 10-25 parts of carbon fiber. The high-security carbon fiber composite material has good fire resistance, and is high in strength and not easily broken; and after the material is broken, larger blunt-edged pieces are formed. The preparation method for a high-security carbon fiber composite material comprises the steps of preprocessing, laying into a mesh, weaving, and forming.
