Abstract:
A high-security oil hydraulic press, relating to the technical field of machine tools. The oil hydraulic press comprises a sliding block and a worktable. A die is mounted on the worktable. The sliding block is controlled by a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is controlled by a PLC controller. An illumination light for illuminating a contact surface of the die and a camera for photographing the contact surface of the die are mounted above the die. A video output interface of the camera accesses a signal input end of an image sensing controller. A signal output end of the image sensing controller accesses an alarm signal input end of the PLC controller. A photographing signal output end of the PLC controller access a starting signal input end of the camera. Instead of an artificial vision, the oil hydraulic press detects a foreign body by using a machine vision consisting of a camera, an image sensing controller, and a light source, which eliminates subjective factors during manual detection, more protects a machine tool die, reduces security risks, reduces the labor intensity of an operator, and improves the automation level.
