Abstract:
A high-speed blender employing an improved mounting of a motor comprising a base (1), a motor (2), a blade set, a fan (4), an operating panel (51), a main control board (52), and a cup body assembly, wherein an accommodation cavity (11) comprising an upper opening is provided on the base (1). The invention further comprises a support base (8) having a lower opening, an air guiding member (9), a plug (101), and a socket (102). The motor (2) is fixed on a motor fixing base (7421). An upper end of a sleeve cylinder (91) passes through a through-hole (81) of the support base (8), and is connected to the motor (2). A screw passes through a connecting base (922) on an air deflector (92) of the air guiding member (9), and is threadingly connected to an inner fixing base (83). The air deflector (92) seals the lower opening of the support base (8). The socket (102) is provided on the air deflector (92). The fan (4) is fixed in a fan mounting position (14). An air outlet end of the fan (4) is inserted into an air inlet sleeve (12) of the accommodation cavity (11). The plug (101) is fixed on a bottom plate of the accommodation cavity (11). The support base (8) removably engages with the accommodation cavity (11). The accommodation cavity (11) supports the support base (8). The motor (2) is connected to and integrated with the cup body assembly. Providing the accommodation cavity (11) on the base (1) lowers the center of gravity of the cup body assembly, such that during use, the high-speed blender operates smoothly without shaking, thereby eliminating a safety risk. Cooling air passes through the motor (2) before being discharged, thereby improving heat dissipation performance.
