Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-speed silent flow distribution apparatus. A second driving unit (24) and several flow distribution modules are all mounted on a main body support (29); a second transmission rod (22) is horizontally arranged on one side of each of the flow distribution modules, which are arranged side by side; several driving magnetic rings (26) are arranged on the second transmission rod (22) and correspond to the flow distribution modules; a transmission wheel (23) is arranged at one end of the second transmission rod (22); the second driving unit (24) is in transmission connection with the transmission wheel (23); the driving magnetic rings (26) magnetically drive the flow distribution modules at corresponding positions to operate; and a driving roller (30) is further arranged on the main body support (29). The several flow distribution modules are simultaneously and magnetically driven by the second driving unit (24) to operate; the second driving unit (24) drives the second transmission rod (22); the second transmission rod (22) causes the driving magnetic rings (26) to magnetically drive a magnetic ring (8) on a first transmission rod (5) to rotate; the magnetic ring (8) on the first transmission rod (5) magnetically drives a transmission shaft (3) to rotate; and the transmission shaft (3) and the driving unit are also magnetically driven. By means of multi-layer magnetic driving, the loss due to friction is reduced, the service life of a device is prolonged, and stable operation of the device is ensured.
