Abstract:
Provided is a high-speed train dynamic behavior active control system, which comprises a sensor, a controller, and a control device. The sensor is mounted on a controlled train, the control device comprises a base (1), a driving motor (2), an encoder (10), a transmission (9), and a quality disc (3), the base (1) is fixed onto the controlled train, the driving motor (2) is fixed onto the base (1), the encoder (10) is coaxially fixed at the bottom of the driving motor (2), the transmission (9) is disposed at the top of the driving motor (2), and a driving motor rotating shaft (11) is fixedly connected to the quality disc (3); the controller is electrically connected to the driving motor (2), the sensor, and the encoder (10). The active control technology is applied, and the effect of output torque of the system is fully exerted, so that the output torque can directly act on a train body; and different control effects can be exerted by adjusting a system control algorithm according to actual requirements, so as to implement vibration control to compartments of a train.
