Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a high-strength anti-cracking large-diameter pipe pile manufacturing die, material and manufacturing technology. The high-strength anti-cracking large-diameter pipe pile manufacturing die comprises: a die base, a lower die supporting seat fixedly mounted on the die base, and an upper die supporting seat fixedly connected to a lower die; a semi-circular sliding slot is formed in the lower die supporting seat, a side core-pulling device is provided in the semi-circular sliding slot, and a through hole is formed in the lower part of the side core-pulling device; the through hole is connected to a steam machine by means of an air pipe; a rolling carrier roller is provided on the inner wall side of the side core-pulling device, a plurality of rolling wheels are sleeved on the rolling carrier roller, and one end of the rolling carrier roller is connected to a driving motor by means of a transmission belt. According to the present invention, a centrifugal forming and steaming-curing integrated die is used to manufacture a pipe pile, thereby avoiding cracks of the pipe pile caused by collision in the consignment process in a workshop, enhancing the resistance and strength of the pipe pile in practical use, and also reducing working procedures and workload for workers.
