Abstract:
The present invention provides: a high strength heat-resistant rubber composition which has both excellent strength and excellent heat resistance, and which is characterized by containing, in terms of parts by mass, 80-85 parts of a rubber base material, 5-11 parts of attapulgite, 40-50 parts of a linear low density polyethylene, 4-6 parts of a ceramic powder, 2-6 parts of a crosslinking agent, 5-9 parts of a filler, 5-9 parts of a crosslinking assistant, 8-13 parts of rosin, 12-16 parts of bismaleimide and 7-12 parts of yttrium oxide; and a method for producing a high strength heat-resistant rubber product which uses this composition.
