Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to resolve incomplete combustion of various objects to be incinerated by controlling the air pressure of a primary air supply fan and the amount of combustion air by means of a damper and an angle adjusting means thereof in addition to two-stage combustion, thereby reducing harmful gas while realizing complete combustion at the same time, and to reduce nitrogen oxide, which is a harmful exhaust gas generated due to the complete combustion through injection of steam. To this end, the present invention comprises: a combustor support part in which a pedestal and a support are combined; a combustor main body which is coupled to the combustor support part and has a re-eject port, wherein the combustor main body comprises a damper, which is mounted between a primary air supply fan (303) and a connection pipe (312), and an angle adjusting means thereof, the connection pipe (312) is connected to the lower portion of an outer cylinder (301), and a pilot burner and a combustion gas guide part are coupled to an upper plate (308) on the upper portion of the outer cylinder (301); an inlet which has a gap (304) between the upper plate (308) and the upper portion of an inner cylinder (302), and is connected to a grate at the lower portion of the inner cylinder (302) and through which various objects to be incinerated formed in the combustor body can be introduced; a combustor upper body in which a secondary air supply fan (403) is coupled to a connection pipe (413) and the upper portion of an outer cylinder (401), an exhaust pipe is coupled to the upper plate (406) on the upper portion of the outer cylinder (401), a temperature rising burner has a gap (408) formed between a lower plate (404) coupled to the lower portion of the outer cylinder (401) and the lower portion of the inner cylinder (402) and is inclined to the bottom plate, and the combustor upper body is coupled to the combustor body; and a ring-shaped steam supply device connected to the steam supply line in the inner cylinder (402) of the combustor upper body. The present invention is characterized by adjusting the amount of combustion air according to various objects to be incinerated, by means of a damper and an angle adjusting means thereof.
