Abstract:
The present invention completely incinerates incineration objects through three-stage combustion by automatically and continuously introducing the incineration objects, thereby suppressing air pollution and noxious gases. In particular, the present invention not only realizes complete combustion while reducing incomplete combustion of the incineration objects, but also reduces nitrogen oxide, which is a harmful exhaust gas generated by high temperature combustion, by spraying steam. Also, the present invention automatically and continuously introduces the incineration objects into an incinerator to thus remove odor and prevent the spread of harmful germs, etc. Since the incineration object supply unit provided for automatically and continuously introducing the incineration objects does not form a refractory wall serving as an insulating material, it is possible to easily remove ashes without an additional process after incineration of the incineration object while reducing costs, thereby providing a user with convenience. The present invention comprises: a combustor support part in which a pedestal is connected to supports; a combustor lower body connected to the combustor support part, wherein the combustor lower body includes an inner cylinder (202) and an outer cylinder (201) which have an inlet formed at one side thereof, the outer cylinder (201) and a conical housing which are connected to the supports, the supports and a grate coupled with the inner cylinder (202), and a pilot burner mounted on the other side through the inner cylinder (202) and the outer cylinder (201), and a connecting pipe (204) formed with a primary air supply fan and a damper (205) coupled to an upper portion of the outer cylinder (201); a combustor main body coupled to the combustor lower body with a gap (308) formed between a top plate (307) and an upper portion of the inner cylinder (302), wherein the combustor main body includes a damper (305) mounted between a secondary air supply fan and a connection pipe (304), the connection pipe (304) being coupled to the lower portion of the outer cylinder (301), and a combustion gas guide part coupled to the top plate (307) on the outer cylinder (301); a combustor upper body coupled with the combustor main body, wherein the combustor upper body includes a damper (405) mounted between a third air supply fan and the connection pipe (404), the connection pipe (404) being coupled to an upper portion of the outer cylinder (401), an exhaust pipe connected to a top plate (412) on the outer cylinder (401), a ring-shaped steam supply device connected to a steam supply line in an inner cylinder (402), and a temperature raising burner mounted at an angle on a bottom plate coupled with a lower portion of an outer cylinder (401) with a gap (408) formed between the bottom plate and a lower portion of the inner cylinder (402); an ash takeout part including a connection pipe (501) connected to the housing of the combustor lower body, an ash housing (502), a water supply device, and a plate; an incineration object supply part connected to a lower part of a hopper having an opening/closing door, wherein the incineration object supply part includes a steam supply part connected to the steam supply line at an upper end of the incineration object supply part, and a steam opening/closing door formed at a lower end of the steam supply part; and a means for transferring an automatic incineration object supply part capable of moving, to the right and the left, the incineration object supply part, a steam curtain connected to the steam supply line on the side of the combustor lower body, and an automatic incineration object supply part.
